• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded
• Win Games's decision is final in any dispute regarding scores or results
• RNG-determined outcomes in casino games are final and cannot be altered

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
• Bonus hunting or systematic abuse of bonuses
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Win Games systems
• Using fraudulent payment methods
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Threatening or harassing the Win Games team

Win Games reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account at any time, for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be eligible for withdrawal before closure, provided all conditions are met.

If you apply for self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming, your account will be suspended for the specified period. The account will not be reactivated under any circumstances during this time.

Win Games believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We want every user to play in a healthy, controlled way. That's why Win Games offers the following Responsible Gaming tools:
